Business Development Executive
Commission-only role, with a view to moving into a salaried position in the future.

The Role
We're now looking for an initial commission-only Business Development Executive to join our growing team on a remote basis, with regular team meetings. You'll be responsible for discovering, nurturing, qualifying and converting potential clients from a range of sectors, using your drive and ambition to secure regular clients for the company. You'll be rewarded with a commission structure based on the value of the sales you make, with a view to moving this role into a more permanent salaried position should you perform well.
You'll be targeting a range of industries, and will need to come up with strategies to target each (along with the founder and wider team). You'll be generating new business in the video games, aviation, education, technology, retail and local business sectors, but you'll also be able to look beyond these areas and be opportunistic with your new sales approach.
About You
We're looking for someone UK-based with drive and potential. You don't need to be the finished article, but you do need to be confident in your sales technique, be honest, and be driven to achieve sales results that benefit you financially. We're not in this business to make quick cash, we're a team that prides itself on our relationships with our clients and the value we place on our team ethos. You'll be an individual that is proud to work for a growing business that projects the values of honesty, transparency and teamwork.
Experience
We're looking for someone with that extra special something. You don't need to have any previous experience, but you'll need to demonstrate your ability to do the job. Whether you have 2 months or 20 years of experience, we want to hear from you!
